Processing & Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, please allow 5–8 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Please note that weekends and holidays may not count as business days.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Tracking information may take some time to update after your order has been shipped. If your tracking information does not immediately show movement, please allow a few business days for the carrier's system to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, marked as delivered but you have not received it, or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged package and products. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
